  1. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar mechanisms to understand how users use our Website and for marketing purposes, including displaying ads in other places on the Internet.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file saved by the website on your computer, phone, or other device where you browse the website. The cookie contains data about your use of this site.

Some cookies are essential for the operation of our Store and cannot be disabled.

In other cases, at the first visit to our Website, we ask for your consent to install cookies. We do not use advertising or analytical cookies (or any other than essential) without your consent.

What types of cookies do we use?

Essential cookies
These cookies serve to properly operate the website. You cannot disable them because after disabling, the website simply will not function properly.
In this scope, we use a tool that stores your privacy settings. It shows your consent or lack thereof for running specific types of cookies on our site.
Other essential cookies on our Website serve the correct functioning and management of the site, including making changes and activating tracking tools that you consent to.

Statistical analysis of our Website
We use analytical tools to understand how users use our Website. The data we receive from these tools does not give us information about specific persons by name but allows recording various aspects of how the Website is used by an individual user. We may aggregate and analyze this data statistically and then use it to make decisions about changes in our Store and/or communication channels for advertising and marketing.

The list of analytical tools we use on the Website with explanations of (1) who provides the tool, (2) what it is used for, and (3) which data are collected within the tool – can be found in Annex No. 1 to this policy, also summarized in the cookie consent management panel.

Functional cookies
Some cookies on our site serve to activate additional Store tools, such as chat, product review/star modules, ability to recommend a product to a friend, displaying recently browsed products, etc.
A list of functional tools used on the Website along with explanations of their purposes can be found in the cookie consent management panel.

Plugins and social media links
On our Website, we placed links to our social media profiles: Facebook / Instagram. If you visit our profile on such a service, the owner of that service receives information, as with any user navigation from another website, that you came to their service from our Store.

Detailed information on data processing by these social media services can be found on the providers' sites:
Facebook and Instagram - https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/

Legal issues related to cookies
The legal basis for using essential cookies (mentioned above in "What cookies do we use?") by the Store is our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to run a Website supporting our business and maintaining its security.
The legal basis for using other cookies by us is your consent.
Regarding the processing of your personal data using cookies, you have rights described in the section Your Rights Regarding Data Processing.

Using cookies, especially for advertising, may involve profiling. This means we or marketing companies whose services we use may create a user profile based on collected information (e.g., email address, order history, device type, technology used, visit frequency) and formulate future purchase predictions. This enables us to decide which content (including ads) to display on our and other websites.

How long do cookies remain on your device?
Depends on whether they are persistent or session cookies. Session cookies necessary for browser functionalities expire at the end of the session (when you close our Website). Persistent cookies that make browsing easier (e.g., remembering selected resolution, content layout, user preferences, recently viewed products) are stored longer until expiration or until you manually delete them via browser settings.

Cookies from external providers (analytical, advertising, social media related) are subject to their privacy policies; links to those policies are provided here.
