You can return products purchased from us within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
Prepare and send the return package
Pack the products in the original or other suitable packaging. The return shipment must be sent by you at your own cost. The products should be send to:

Remember to include in the package a signed statement of withdrawal from the contract. The withdrawal form can be downloaded here: Withdrawal form. You may also send the withdrawal statement by email to: shop@mamushie.com.
The 14-day return period is fulfilled by sending the withdrawal statement by email or dispatching the return package within this timeframe. Returned goods must be complete (with tags) and must not show signs of use. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to return it to you at your cost.
Refund Procedure
Refunds for returned goods will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the package. The refund method depends on the payment method used in the original order. If the order was paid by immediate transfer, the refund will be made using the same method. For partial returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of returning products to the Store is borne entirely by the Customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, the refunded amount will be the order value minus the cost of return shipping.
